摘要：A customer submits a service application by accessing the home page of aservice provider through a personal computer , and transmits the data including theoperation amount and the control amount of a temperature controller to a server of theservice provider. The server accumulates the received data, and in accordance with thecontents of the received service application, processes the accumulated data andprovides the services of calculating the control parameter for the temperaturecontroller , producing a model of the object of control and making a diagnosis bychecking for a temperature control fault.
