QC实验室的规章制度

1. 未经允许，非本室人员禁止入内。

Persons who don’t work in lab can’t enter in without allowed.

2. 未经允许，非检验人员不得使用实验室内的检测设备，如投影仪等，如果损坏，按原价

赔偿。

Except the quality controller, others can’t use the instruments like projector etc. in lab without permission. If the instrument was damaged, the person should pay original price.

3. 进入室内工作的，如打包等，禁止大声喧哗，禁止员工坐在办公桌上等不良行为。员工

工作结束后，请清洁工作台面，清理工作过程中所制造的垃圾。

Persons who worked in lab like packing etc. can’t speak loudly, or sitting on office desk. Persons who finished work should clean the work table and remove rubbish during working. 4. 未经允许严禁私自领取物品，如手套，毛巾等。原材料须经品质确认合格以后方可领取。

Nobody can take materials like gloves & towel without permission. The raw materials can be taken after the quality controller confirmed. 5. 如有必须需要借其工具的，经批准方可领取，用完后请按时归还。如果丢弃或者损坏的，

按原价赔偿。

If anyone who need to lend the instruments, he can take after approved and should return back on time. If the instrument was damaged or missing, the person should pay original price.

6. 原材料，成品等需按规定放在指定区域，严禁随处乱丢乱放。物品，检测工具需摆放整

齐。

Raw materials & finished products should be kept in special area, forbid anyone keep these freely. All materials and instruments should be kept in order.

7. 每天检测人员需要对检测设备进行维护和保养，保持工作台面的清洁。

The quality controller should maintain the instruments everyday and keep the work station clean.
