ibidi活细胞F-Actin荧光标记质粒LifeAct

LifeAct是一个17-氨基酸肽，来源于酵母菌蛋白，可以染活细胞或固定细胞的F-Actin,作为一个新型actin marker，它独特的特性使之成为今天最好用的F-Actin marker。

特点：

1. 活细胞中F-Actin好的可视性—细胞骨架结构和细胞骨架动力过程的完美成像效果； 2. 无细胞毒性，不会干扰actin的功能和动力学过程； 3. 信噪比好

与现已有的其他方法（GFP-actin 或actin结合蛋白）相比，LifeAct不仅可以对活细胞和固定细胞的F-Actin进行染色，而且无细胞毒性，不会影响actin的动力学过程，例如树突状细胞的运动或神经元的极化。
