-中控室报警回复须知

1. 当系统发出报警时，选中并双击报警，在系统弹出的对话框中选中“In Progress”（表示进行调查中）。

2. 使用对讲机通知报警点附件的保安赶往查看（反应时间1分钟） 3. 前去检查的保安将检查情况向中控室汇报，中控室根据情况安排保安进行布防和监督。

4. 在系统中点击报警，使用鼠标右键选中“Acknowledge”,将上述反应快速回复给GSS。 5. 注意事项：

A: 在系统回复报警时必须将报警原因、引发报警人员姓名（拼音）、采取的措施和现场监督保安的姓名（拼音）写入系统。 B: 发生断电或安防系统升级、系统重起、系统掉线等异常情况，则应立即通知值班队长安排保安在机房、高价库和库区外围布防巡逻，直到系统恢复正常后方可撤回保安。
