摘要：The comparator determines the phase angle between a pair of AC voltages inthe voltage range between 1 and 52 kV, using a clock generator (60) and a zero transitionswitch (36,50) indicating at least three zero transitions of the AC voltages relative to thereference clock. The corresponding phase positions of the AC voltages relative to thereference clock are obtained from the zero transitions and used to determine the phasedifference between the voltages. A threshold switch (38,52) is operated by each ACvoltage, with the time interval for which the threshold is exceeded compared with areference value for indicating that the voltage is present.
