摘要：Disclosed are a receiver and signal received power estimation method whichachieve an accurate signal received power estimate. A receiver (10) which receivesinformation sent in parallel using multiple subcarriers has a channel estimation unit (13)which calculates an estimated channel value for each of the subcarriers, and a signalreceived power estimation unit (16) which estimates the signal received power ofinformation on the basis of the channel estimation value calculated by the channelestimation unit (13). The signal received power estimation unit (16), in the case of a narrowbandwidth wherein the number of subcarriers used in the parallel transmission is lessthan a prescribed value, processes the channel estimated value estimated by the channelestimation unit (13) by performing in-phase addition in the time direction, averaging in thefrequency direction, and conjugate multiplication, in that order, and, in the case of abroad bandwidth wherein the number of subcarriers used in the parallel transmission isgreater than or equal to the prescribed value, processes the channel estimated valueestimated by the channel estimation unit (13) by performing averaging in the frequencydirection, conjugate multiplication, and in-phase addition in the time direction, in that
