摘要：The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a signal lamp panel withlight-emitting diodes. The method in accordance with the invention is characterised bythe fact that encapsulated LEDs (1) are mounted on a metal support plate (2) made ofmaterial suitable for deep drawing, which is bonded by an adhesive layer (4) to a softplastic film (3); the top side (5) of the plastic film is laminated with copper and is etchedand tinned to produce suitable electrical circuits, the LEDs (1) being automaticallysoldered on by the dip- solder or reflow solder method and the support plate (2) is cutinto baseplates which are drawn to form the required shape.
