过去进行时讲解及练习答案

定义： 过去进行时表示过去某一点时间正在进行的动作或者过去某一段时间内一直进行的动作。

1. 构成： was /were + doing

E.g. I was watching TV at 9 o’clock last night. 在昨晚9点的时候，我在看电视。

(at 9 o’clock last night是时间点)

They were playing football all afternoon. 他们整个下午都在踢球。

（all afternoon是时间段）

2. 过去进行时的标志词: at that time/moment, (at) this time yesterday night/Sunday/week... ), at+ 点钟+yesterday(last night/ Sunday... ),when sb. did sth. 等。E.g. I was having lunch at home this time yesterday.
