Today , my topic is perseverance - a word that has changed the world. I would like to begin with a story. One day, a poor man went to ask God \"God, I always fail to achieve my goals, Please tell me why \"God said\"well, how did you work for your goals every time?\"\"I seek my goals with confidence, passion, thinking, creativity and positive attitude, I thought I had tried my best.\"\"did you persist to the end every time?\"God said. \"well, I just start another goal when one goal did not achieve after some efforts.\" \"That's the point, young man, remember, Constant dripping wears away a stone.\"The story tells us, good qualities such as confidence, passion and so on, can drives a person to seek what he wants, but only perseverance can lead a person to the final destination. Perseverance is commitment, hard work, patience and endurance. Perseverance is being able to bear difficulties calmly and without complaint. Perseverance is trying again and again.Napoleon declared, ―Victory belongs to the most persevering.‖ Great successes are usually made by people with perseverance, and it is their achievements that have changed the world.

Behind every great achievement in anyone's life lies perseverance. We see this in every human endeavor. For great musicians, writers and inventors who have created or discovered breakthroughs in human achievement. what we usually see are their achievements, but once we go behind the scenes we will find that they have put in a lot of continual steady efforts. Invariably they have said that they owe all their success to perseverance.

Now ladies and gentlemen, I ‗d like to say, Perseverance affects and drives people to achieve success, the successful people with perseverance change the world in different aspects from generation to generation.
