　　Good morning , boys and am pu lijuanand glad to give you a speech about tell us that stre is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities .Statistics show that stre comes from every detail in our life .Financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stre that most adults now are suffering .As students in the university , we are also under our special stre .While study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great preure on us .And the things that make us felt streed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach .Later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us .I think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job

　　大家好！

　　今天我要演讲的是我对于英语的学习方法和态度，不需要花太多的时间，只要能够理解就可以了。

　　我认为，学习英语的方法其实很简单，那些辅导材料只不过就是巩固知识。而我们在巩固知识前，就得学会学习英语。兴趣，记忆力和自信就是我的秘诀。

　　第一步：兴趣。

　　兴趣使然，如果你把学英语当成是一种娱乐，一种使你兴趣盎然的娱乐方式。我把英语当做是一种荣耀，一种享受，也把这种荣耀和享受化为自己的优势，弥补其他学科的缺憾。但是，这只是我的方式，也有的人其他方面很优秀。或许，不是学习上的，却也是一种优势。就比如，很多人喜欢玩电脑，就可以把学英语当成在玩电脑，每一次的检测都是打电脑的一关，把自己当成闯关的人，学习的过程，考试是终点，老师就是最后的评委。

　　第二步，记忆力：

　　记忆力的好也可以帮助学习，但是死记硬背的方式实在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的兴趣也会被消磨光。所以，可以用一种节省时间，增加兴趣，享受时间的方法。在老师留作业，抄单词或句子的时候，先抄一遍，再根据脑袋里"肯定"的答案在接着继续默写，这样就达到了节省时间着点了。还有在背课文的时候，有些同学们后觉得这些太多了，太难了，简直就是在谋财害命，但老师就是硬要我们被下来，太痛苦了！那么，在这个时候，你可以把被课文当做是在背诗，记歌词，背诗背着背着就顺了，记歌词记着记着就好像是自己在听喜爱的音乐一般，这也有了增加兴趣，享受时间和节省时间了。

　　第三步，自信：

　　不论是丘吉尔的"好运"还是海伦`凯特的身体残缺，贝多芬的老年失聪，他们都凭借着自己的努力而成功。当然，在他们最努力的时候才是他们最自信的时候。因为他们都相信自己，才有努力的动力。而我们不论是学英语还是其他的什么科目，相信了自己，才有成功耀眼的那一刻！

　　have you ever Dreamt of being in the movies? maybe you're a bit of a thespian? but what if you don't have matinee-idol looks? well, if you're creative and write well you could make your mark in hollywood as a screenwriter instead.

　　tony gilroy is one of hollywood's most sought-after screenwriters, with blockbusters such as the devil's advocate, armageddon and the bourne identity under his belt.

　　his advice to budding screenwriters is to make stuff up but keep it real. gilroy believes knowing about human behaviour is the deal-breaker. according to him, "the quality of your writing will be directly related to your understanding of human behaviour".

　　he says: "you need to become a journalist for the movie that is in your head. you need to report on it; every scene has to be real."

　　gilroy also thinks you've got to start with a very small idea that you can build on. for example, the bourne films are based on novels by the writer robert ludlum, but gilroy says he didn't actually read them. instead he created a world around the character of jason bourne, a spy who has lost his memory and tries to discover his own identity.

　　gilroy says: "the smallest thing with bourne was, 'if i don't know who i am and i don't know where i'm from, perhaps i can identify who i am by what i know how to do'. we built a whole new world around that small idea."

　　in short, he explains: "you just start small, you build out and you move one step after the next and that's how you write a hollywood movie".

　　one thing a screenwriter can't do without though, is a thick skin. you've got to learn how to handle rejection. even when you're successful. gilory was nominated for an Oscar for his script for michael clayton, starring george clooney. but the 20xx award in that category went to brook busey-maurio, for her debut script for the film juno.

　　so, do you think you have what it takes to consider a career in the movies?

　　having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing,they all made full use of their youth time ,to do things that are useful to society,to the whole mankind,and as a cosquence ,they are remembered by later

　　generations,admired by everyone.so do something in the time of young,although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole word,just for youeself,for those around!

　　the young is just like blooming flowers,they are so beautiful when blooming,they make people feel happy,but with time passing by,after they withers ,moet people think they are ugly.and so it is the same with young,we are enthusiastic when we are young,then we may lose our passion when getting older and older.so we must treasure it ,don't let the limitted time pass by ,leaving nothing of significance.
