I have changed a lot since I became a middle school student. Linda is the person who has changed me.

I did not like running. One day we had a relay race in P.E. class. I hesitated about whether to join in the game or not. Linda came to me and told me not to worry. Then I decided to join them. While running, I could hear my heart beating fast and I could hardly breathe. Just when I wanted to give up, I heard someone cheering on me and found that it was Linda. I regained my strength and kept running to the finishing line.
