(2)查找资料，了解世界上一些著名的城市和所在的国家。 (3)PPT课件, 录音机，听力磁带。 (4)课堂研学案卷 三 教材分析 本单元的中心话题是pen pals,让学生学会谈论人的国籍，居住在哪里、讲什么语言等，以及复习谈论爱好，介绍他人。Section A (1a-2d)部分主要谈论人的 国籍，在哪里，对话练习也主要是围绕Where be sb from? Where do/does sb live? 而展开，先以Activity 1a 1b 复习语言与国家入手，为后来对话练习打下语言基础。Activity 1c 2a 主要是练习句型Where be sb from? 以及练习著名的城市及所在国家的匹配。Activity 2b 2c 一个综合的听力训练，训练学生的听力能力，并引出Where do/does sb live? Sb live(s) in… Activity 2d 以听力内容为基础进行对话练习，培养学生的交流能力，从而完成language goals: Talk about countries, nationalities, ask and tell where the people live. 教学目标： 1，学会世界上一些著名城市及所在的国家名称。 2，学会询问他人国籍。 3，学会询问他人的住处。 教学重点: Where is your pen pal from?=where does your pen pal come from? Sb live(s) in… 情感目标： 通过对话练习，增强同学之间的友好合作关系。 四 教学方法 情景探究法，任务型教学，听说法，结合多媒体等教学手段。 五 教学过程 Step 1 warm up (5minutes) Review some questions about books of last year. 设计意图：通过热身，锻炼了学生的英语语感，练习了学生的口语，激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。 Step 2 Show the teaching aims (1minutes) Ask one student to read the aims. 设计意图：使学生清楚本节课要掌握的重点内容。 Step 3 Pre-task While-task Post-task (5 minutes) Show some pictures of cities and countries, ask students to try to introduce the pictures, and try to read the new words by themselves. Practice reading the words. Present the new drills: Where is your pen pal from? He/She is from….Where does he/she live? The teacher will point out the key points, and guide the right answers. 设计意图：通过学生的自主学习，找到或发现学生存在问题的地方，予以点拨。 Step 6 Oral practice （4 minutes） Ask students to make new conversations and talk about their pen pals. They can use these sentences: Do you have a pen pal? What’s his/her name? Where is he/she from? Where does he/she live? And so on. 设计意图：练习本节课的重点句型，培养学生的英语对话能力。 Step 7 Listening practice （5 minutes） Do listening practice about 2b and 2c, the teacher play the radio, and check the answers. 设计意图：训练学生的听力能力和分析问题能力。 Step 8 Exercises (12minutes) Ask students to do the exercises on the paper, and check the answers. Ask students to explain why you do it like this. 设计意图：巩固学生对知识点的掌握，反馈学生的掌握情况。 Step 9 Summary (2 minutes) Ask students to sum up this lesson. 设计意图：让学生总结本节课所学，加深学生对知识点的印象，培养学生的总结能力。 Step 10 Homework Introduce one of your good friends，try to use the sentences in this lesson. 设计意图：巩固练习本节课的重点句型，培养学生的写作能力。 六 教学反思 本节课是新学期的第一节课，经过一个假期，学生的口语对话都生疏了，为了帮助学生找到语感，我课前热身部分采用了复习上学期内容对话的形式，引导学生简单回顾上学期所学内容。教学过程中，我采用了多媒体，小组探究，小组合作，分层教学法等教学手段，激发了学生的学习兴趣。对话练习加强了学生对语言的掌握。同时，自主学习，探究式的课堂教学模式，使学生变被动学习为主动学习，大大提高了学生自主学习的能力。研学案卷后设计的巩固练习题部分，很好的检测了学生知识点的掌握情况，但仍有个别同学，掌握的不够好，需要与学生共同反思，共同进步。
