摘要：An astragal is described having a housing and a weather-strip extending along alength of the housing. An end cap is mounted to the housing. The end cap has a bottomwall positioned substantially horizontally along the bottom end of the housing. Thebottom wall has an interior edge, an exterior edge opposite the interior edge, an upper

surface, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface. At least one projection extendsupwardly from the upper surface at a location along the upper surface closer to theinterior edge than the exterior edge. The projection sized and positioned to project intothe weather-strip and at least partially seal with a cavity opening at a lower end of theweather-strip.
